Hair on our pieces are thick from top to the tip. This gives the best blend and coverage even for those with naturally blunt ends. There is no thin or stringy strands on the bottom of our extensions. Our clip-in sets are 140grams for 16" and 190grams for 20", whereas other brands only give 100-120 grams of hair for 20". Our weft is a new seam-free technology that lies extremely flat and is very discreet. There are no fabric pieces that can poke through your natural hair. Our clips are shaped to provide the most secure grip and hug the head.  All of our extensions and pieces are 100% premium quality, Remy (hair cuticles all flow in the same direction) human har. Our hair can be washed and styled with all hair tools. However, avoid excessive heat styling and washing to prolong the life of your extensions. Please read the Extensions Care section below.  

All VB Hair extensions are 100% human hair. With proper maintenance and care, your VB Hair can last over a year or longer.

-Avoid excessive heat, washing and brushing.

-Extensions only need to be washed only if there is a lot of product buildup. We recommend washing after 15-20 wears.

-Bleaching or lightening the extensions is not recommended.

-Extensions can be colored darker than their current shade, however we recommend seeking a professional to color them.

We do not accept returns for hair extensions. We do offer a one time exchange within 7 days of receiving your extensions. Please see the Exchange Policy.

We try our best to show all of our hair extension colors as accurately as possible on our website. We do understand that picking the right color may not be easy when choosing from a computer screen, therefore we are happy to exchange your unopened VB Hair extensions set for a set of the right color within 7 days from the day you receive your package.

VB HAIR SOLUTIONS, INC. does not offer product refunds for hair extensions once it has been worn or the security tie has been removed, unless the product is faulty.  You can exchange your order within 7 days as long as it has NOT been worn or removed from its security ties at the top of the hair or from the main package. The packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. Due to hygienic and safety reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened. You must contact us first at (VBHairSolv@gmail.com) with the subject “Exchange” prior to shipping the package. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied.​

We also do not offer product refunds for a ‘change of mind’ or cancellation on any purchase, only product exchange might be offered within 7 days of receiving it.

Returned extensions will be replaced for a full credit, less shipping costs, will be applied against future purchases – NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

All products must be returned in original packaging without tampering or credit/exchange is forfeited without dispute.

Please select your products carefully. VB HAIR SOLUTIONS INC. will not accept returns, exchange or provide credit if you, the customer purchases the incorrect product.

Refunds on faulty products will only be processed within 7 days of receiving the product and no more than that. If you would like to request a refund, please email VBHairSolv@gmail.com and our customer service team will assist you with your request.​
